Bulk Add Leads

Give portal access to clients in your pipeline. Case-status rows need a Clio matter # (not the internal ID) so future Clio stage changes keep their status in sync. Intake rows can skip the matter # — a fresh lead with no matter yet goes straight into document collection. With a matter #, the client name is pulled from Clio (leave it blank); it’s only required for intake rows with no matter #. Each card chooses whether to send the portal invite and the document-request emails, and you can attach any documents you already have.

The portal invite writes {{contact.portal_upload_url}} and then adds the pnc welcome portal tag (in that order). Point your Q-WELCOME PORTAL workflow (trigger: that tag) at it for the login link.
